We, the 6th grade students, went by train to Huelva to an English camp.
When we arrived on the 25th of September, we had vegetable soup for dinner. We were divided into five groups: Asia, Africa, America, Oceania, and Europe. The teacher David gave each of us a camp diary.
In the camp there was a very big and long zipline. Saúl went first to be very cool. In the afternoon, we swam in the pool and the pool was deep. My friends and I jumped in the pool, it was very cold.
On Tuesday we played with the archery. David and María were the teachers. They explained the parts of archery: Bow, straight, and arrow. Also we built lego Harry Potter. It was very difficult. Two boys destroyed the legos. In the afternoon, we went to Santa Barbara de casa with my friends: Blanca, Vera, Mateo, Saúl, Zoe, Unai, Ángela, Hectór and me (Ximo). We visited the mill, and took a photo in “Santa Barbara de Casa”.
On Wednesday we went to a farm in Doña Doñana. We learnt about the lynx and we saw some animals like deers.
On Thursday night at the party we had the karaoke and we danced and sang.
One night, there was a scorpion under Zoe’s bed and Zoe shouted and David killed it with Blanca’s shoe. The teachers put a projector, and projected the lyrics of the song while the music was played in the speakers. These are some songs we sang: Call me maybe, waka waka, don’t stop me now, dance monkey, levitating and beliver.
On Friday we prepared the festival. At night, we danced some songs from different countries. And we said goodbye to our new friends.
We had lots of fun!

Los alumnos de 6º nos fuimos en tren a Huelva a un campamento de inglés.
Cuando llegamos el 25 de septiembre cenamos sopa de verduras. Nos dividieron en cinco grupos: Asia, África, América, Oceanía y Europa. El maestro David nos dio a cada uno de nosotros un diario de campamento.
En el campamento había una tirolina muy grande y larga. Saúl fue el primero. Por la tarde, nadamos en la piscina y la piscina era profunda. Mis amigos y yo nos tiramos a la piscina, estaba muy fría.
El martes hicimos tiro con arco. David y María fueron los profesores. Explicaron las partes del tiro con arco: arco, recto y flecha. También construimos lego Harry Potter. Fue muy difícil. Dos niños destruyeron los legos. Por la tarde fuimos a Santa Bárbara de Casa con nuestros amigos: Blanca, Vera, Mateo, Saúl, Zoe, Unai, Ángela, Hectór y yo (Ximo). Visitamos el molino y nos tomamos una foto en “Santa Bárbara de Casa”.
El miércoles fuimos a una finca en Doña Doñana. Aprendimos sobre el lince y vimos algunos animales como ciervos.
El jueves por la noche en la fiesta tuvimos el karaoke y bailamos y cantamos.
Una noche, había un escorpión debajo de la cama de Zoe y, Zoe gritó y David lo mató con el zapato de Blanca. Los profesores pusieron un proyector, y proyectaron la letra de la canción mientras sonaba la música en los altavoces. Estas son algunas canciones que cantamos: Llámame tal vez, waka waka, no me detengas ahora, baila mono, levitando y beliver.
El viernes preparamos el festival. Por la noche, bailamos algunas canciones de diferentes países. Y nos despedimos de nuestros nuevos amigos.
